1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by A320 Examiner (“we”, “us”, “our”) via www.a320examiner.com. By booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1 All bookings must be made through our website or via direct communication with us.
2.2 Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 No cancellations are permitted within 14 days of the scheduled service.
3.2 If a cancellation is requested more than 14 days before the scheduled date, it may be considered at our discretion and may be subject to an administrative fee.
3.3 Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) will result in the full fee being charged, with no refund.

4. Simulator Bookings 

4.1 Simulator sessions are subject to third-party provider terms and are therefore strictly controlled.
4.2 All simulator bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled session.
4.3 Where a simulator session has been booked, the full simulator cost must be paid regardless of attendance, cancellation, or request for rescheduling within 14 days.
4.4 This policy is strictly enforced due to the contractual obligations we have with simulator providers.

5. Rescheduling

5.1 Requests to reschedule must be made more than 14 days in advance of the booking.
5.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
5.3 No rescheduling is permitted within 14 days of the scheduled service.

6. Service Delivery

6.1 We will make every effort to deliver services as described; however, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes where necessary.
6.2 In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Liability

7.1 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service booked.

8. Client Responsibilities

8.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet any prerequisites for training or assessment.
8.2 Clients must arrive on time and be adequately prepared for sessions.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, weather disruptions, or third-party provider issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
